Zildjians K Custom-cymbaler lages etter samme grunnprinsipp som den opprinnelige K-serien men metoden er utviklet for å forsterke cymbalenes "tørre" karakter.
Resultatet har blitt et sound som ytterligere øker cymbalenes bruksområde. K Custom Dark-serien har tørre "trashete" overtoner og kort etterklang.

This cymbal is hand-crafted using processes that give it a unique and deliberately varied finish. Variations in color, hammer marks, pitting, and other visual marks are expected and are inherent of these special processes to achieve this cymbal´s look and unique sound. Such variations should not be considered a defect in workmanship. We do not recommend cleaning any of our natural finish cymbals with cymbal cleaning products as they should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
